What You'll Do:
As an MDS Director, you will manage the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments necessary for developing personalized resident care plans and the capture of clinical reimbursement for services provided. You will ensure the highest level of revenue integrity and compliance to all state and federal regulations for MDS completion and coding conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the MDS program, ensuring compliance and accuracy in assessments
Determine Patient Driven Payment Method (PDPM) and expense associated with a potential admissions
Monitor Case Mix Index (CMI) scores, looking for potential risks and/or changes that may affect reimbursement
May train, mentor and/or manage MDS Coordinators, providing guidance and support
Coordinate and participate in comprehensive resident assessments and care planning
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate data collection for assessments
Provide insights and ongoing education to facility staff and leaders
Track, trend and analyze assessment data to confirm compliance and identify strategic opportunities to optimize reimbursement

Responsible for complete AM/PM schedule of all plant capital equipment
Manage all external service providers and relationships with contractors
Project Management activities inclusive of equipment installations
Work cross functionally with different internal departments including Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Degree is preferred for consideration
Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant Engineering or Maintenance Leadership experience.
Experience developing PM program
Experience in high speed/fast paced manufacturing environment is required
Ability to communicate effectively with staff and work cross functionally with others

About the Role
The General Counsel will support the company's executive leadership team-including the CEO, CFO, and operational heads-on a wide range of corporate legal matters. This includes managing acquisitions, real estate transactions, complex contracts, and advising on general business and employment matters. You'll work both independently and in partnership with outside counsel to help guide the company's continued growth and compliance across multiple jurisdictions..
Key Responsibilities
Advise senior leadership on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.
Lead or support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and transaction execution.
Oversee real estate and financing transactions, coordinating with internal and external partners.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including vendor, customer, and financing contracts.
Provide guidance on employment and regulatory matters in collaboration with HR and operations leaders.
Partner with outside counsel as needed and ensure legal consistency across business units.
Serve as a trusted legal advisor to the executive team, offering practical, solutions-oriented guidance.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of broad-based corporate legal experience.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing or leading M&A transactions.
Strong background in contract drafting, real estate, and corporate governance.
