Primary Responsibilities Coaching * Provide position-specific instruction and coaching to assigned student-athletes during practices, games, and training sessions * Develop and implement position-specific practice plans that align with the program's offensive or defensive philosophy * Analyze game film to evaluate opponent tendencies and student-athlete performance * Attend all practices, team meetings, games, and other program activities as scheduled * Assist with on-field coaching during competitions and provide real-time feedback to student-athletes * Contribute to the development of game plans and practice schedules Recruiting * Identify, evaluate, and recruit prospective student-athletes who meet the academic and athletic standards of American International College * Build and maintain relationships with high school coaches, club coaches, and other recruiting contacts * Conduct campus visits and communicate regularly with prospective student-athletes and their families * Evaluate game film and attend recruiting events, camps, and showcases as assigned * Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities and contacts in compliance with NCAA regulations * Assist in the coordination of official and unofficial visits Program Operations * Support the day-to-day operations of the football program * Assist with equipment management, field setup, and practice organization * Help coordinate team travel arrangements and itineraries * Participate in community outreach and alumni engagement activities * Support academic monitoring and student-athlete development initiatives * Contribute to fundraising efforts and program promotional activities as needed * Maintain compliance with all NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations Qualifications Required * Bachelor's degree * Previous football coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level * Strong knowledge of football fundamentals, techniques, and strategies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively with diverse student-athletes and staff * Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes * Valid driver's license and ability to travel for recruiting and competitions Preferred * Master's degree * Collegiate playing or coaching experience * Knowledge of NCAA Division II rules and regulations * Experience with recruiting and program operations * Familiarity with video analysis software and recruiting databases
