Your Impact
Data Strategy & Intelligence
Develop and manage a comprehensive global MSSP data intelligence framework that consolidates financial, operational, and partner performance metrics.
Lead predictive modeling and visualization initiatives to identify growth opportunities and profitability drivers.

Serve as the business owner for IT development, integrations, enhancements, and BRD documentation for MSSP operations and initiatives - including Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets/Excel, BigQuery, and other data-driven platforms.
Lead governance, compliance, and ongoing improvement across enablement, reporting, and automation workflows.
Support IT and Learning & Enablement initiatives to improve tool integration, data flow, and reporting.
Oversee cross-functional timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure consistent and measurable execution across IT, Finance, RevOps, and Enablement teams.
Collaborate with RevOps and Finance to improve forecasting accuracy, revenue attribution, and performance reporting.
Support executive business reviews (QBRs) and ad-hoc analytics by providing data storytelling and insights that lead to measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
Your Experience
Proven success in managing data-driven global programs with measurable business impact.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau, along with strong analytical skills modeling.
Strong statistical and problem-solving abilities with the skill to convert complex data into insights for executives.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills in cross-functional, global settings.
Preferred Experience
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or partner program strategy at a global scale.
Familiarity with indirect channel models and cybersecurity platforms (SASE, SOC, SIEM, MDR, XDR).
Background in management consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG, or similar) or finance, with a focus on data-driven strategy and large-scale business operations transformation.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $120,000 - $193,000/YR. The Palo Alto Networks Xpanse Deployment Management team is responsible for the successful implementation, execution and relationship management of all national security engagements. Critical responsibilities include:
Serve as SSHO reporting directly to the Director of Site Safety Employee Health.
Carries out all activities in relation to the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the OH&S Management System complying with ISO 45001.
Manage, implement, and enforce the accepted Safety Accident Prevention Plan
Maintain a safety and health deficiency tracking system that monitors outstanding deficiencies until resolution. Distribute a list of unresolved safety and health deficiencies.
Write Safety proposals, interpret regulations, develop training, draft inspection standards and draft safety assessment tools.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with CEG and site-specific safety standards, codes, regulations.
Assist with the management of project schedules.
Assist with site access, including all site visits and deliveries.
Assist with identifying unknown risks, managing risk impact and how they will be addressed and mitigated.
Assist in project and business development responsibilities during development and implementation.
Collect field information and pictures as necessary.

Required qualifications include but are not limited to:

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The employee must also be able to easily communicate with clients, stakeholders, and other employees and observe various pieces of equipment in the field. The employee must occasionally move and/or transport up to 75 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works at the construction work site where the employee where risk of moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, outside weather conditions, and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud. Personal protection equipment and required safety training will be provided by the employer.

The Palo Alto Networks Xpanse Deployment Management team is responsible for the successful implementation, execution and relationship management of all national security engagements. This team sits between Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver maximum analytical value to our end users, ensure strong product engagement, drive renewals and expansions, solicit product feedback, and scope new product features.
As a Senior Deployment Manager, you will serve alongside mission-focused, cross-functional teammates to identify processes, product features, and deployment strategies that pave the way for Xpanse to scale quickly both within existing customers and to new customer bases. Senior Deployment Managers will work with senior team members and executives across Palo Alto Networks to continually improve product performance and impact, effect customer satisfaction and retention, and facilitate rapid feedback loops between Product and our users.
Your Impact
Onboarding
Training users on the technical functions of the Expander and ILI platforms
Conducting leadership briefings at customer sites to ensure understanding of Xpanse's capabilities and engagement progress
Definiting workflows, implementing Expander and ILI into existing toolkits, and understanding their most pressing challenges
Embedding with the customer to maximize impact and operationalization
Account Management
Driving user engagement and adoption; understanding the unique bureaucratic environments in which the user operates
Leading customer training with Xpanse products and services
Managing relationships with user-level and executive-level stakeholders
Providing analytical support at customer request; guiding customers through analytic workflows within Expander, participating at all stages of customer investigations to drive wins; this requires mastering our product capabilities and providing ongoing QA support for Expander and ILI
Technical troubleshooting (in collaboration with Engineering team)

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location.
