Your Impact
1. Strategic Program & Financial Management
* Create, track, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for the Global Talent Organization (GTO).
* Program management experience is a strong plus, as a significant part of the role will be managing the PO process across GTO, in addition to calendar and expenses.
* Agenda management for GTO leads team meetings, Talent Enablement Team meetings and AMA forums.
2. Executive Administrative Support

Qualifications
Your Experience
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting VP/SVP-level leaders.
* 2+ years of experience, ideally in a high-growth or global environment, with program management skills valued highly.
* Seeking a candidate with a specific blend of executive experience and operational acumen.
* While the job requires supporting executive-level leaders, earlier-in-career talent with the requisite skills and growth mindset is preferred.

Your Career
This role is client-facing and requires the Consultant to produce deliverables based on reactive services client engagements. Qualifications

Experienced with EnCase, FTK, X-Ways, SIFT, Splunk, Volatility, WireShark, TCPDump, and open-source forensic tools

You will be part of the team that builds and delivers the threat detection capabilities powering Palo Alto Networks' Advanced Threat Prevention (ATP). Partner with Sales, Legal, FP&A, and Sales Operations on non-standard contract review to determine revenue impact and provide recommendations to maximize revenue
Support monthly closing activities including, but not limited to, reviewing non-routine revenue transactions, performing accounting assessments, preparing accurate journal entries, and documenting revenue conclusions
Monitor revenue inbox to respond timely and appropriately to business requests
Research, resolve and operationalize complex and non-routine revenue accounting transactions
Identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations to address issues and improve accounting processes/efficiencies
Participate in and/or lead projects and initiatives with cross functional impacts
Ensure compliance with SOX 404 key controls
Assist with external audits and special projects as needed
Qualifications
Your Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of related work experience with 3+ years of Technical Revenue experience
Prior Public Accounting experience with regards to Revenue (ASC 606) preferred
CPA or equivalent a plus
SAP, SFDC, Big Query and accounting operations experience a plus
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and Google Sheet
Experienced in writing complex technical revenue accounting position papers
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment with attention to details
Team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross functional organizations
Familiarity with generative AI tools to enhance daily productivity and workflow efficiency a plus
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or equivalent training, education, and experience in Finance, Accounting or similar field or equivalent military experience required

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $130,000 - $180,000/YR.
