What you'll do As a Product Manager on the Navigator team, you will own the critical first impression for our most important users: the Contract Managers and Administrators. Your mission is to shape an intuitive and guided experience that allows them to quickly set up their organization, configure all necessary settings, and successfully roll out our product to their teams. This role is fundamental, as the entire success and adoption of our product suite depends on how quickly and easy it is for this key user to get started and oversee their agreements. You'll work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders-including various product teams, business partners and other cross‑functional teams-to deliver impactful customer experience. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Director of Product Management. Responsibility Own the vision and execution for an Admin Control Center, which will be the primary space for the Contract Manager/Admin to view and manage all their data configuration, monitor operational status, insights and notifications. Design a guided setup process within the Control Center, leading the Admin step‑by‑step through critical configuration tasks to ensure successful setup. Understand the specific needs of Contract Managers/Admins by engaging directly with customers through research and data analysis. Serve as their internal advocate to champion their experience. Collaborate with stakeholders across product, design, research, data science, and engineering to deliver the best possible experience to our customers that is aligned with our product strategy. Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations: California: $100,300.00 - $154,900.00 base salary Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts and Minnesota: $94,600.00 - $130,075.00 base salary Washington, Maryland, New Jersey and New York (including NYC metro area): $94,600.00 - $137,875.00 base salary This role is also eligible for the following: Bonus: Non‑Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
