About the job
This position supports the GTM Solutions Sales team. As a Solution Acceleration Architect, you will accelerate adoption of new solutions and platform capabilities with our top global customers. You will run build workshops, develop early‑adoption playbooks, and support customers from demo to POC to MVP in a production environment. You will collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, Demo Platform Engineering, Professional Services, and SI Partner teams to define adoption blueprints ahead of launch and graduation of new solutions.
You will lead the “build‑with” programs for Global Direct accounts, including activation events, build hackathons, and workshops that drive builder activation, adoption, and value realization of our new solutions and capabilities.
Responsibilities
Drive B2B builder activation events and hackathons at flagship or target Direct accounts to accelerate adoption of new solutions.
Define and refine the adoption blueprint by partnering closely with Enterprise Architects, Demo Platform Engineering, Professional Services, and SI Partners on demos, repos, starter apps, sample code, and companion technical guides that capture the mindshare of builders within target accounts and the broader B2B builder community.
Drive adoption of the next‑best solution and platform capabilities for customers.
Evangelize Twilio within the B2B builder communities of the target accounts by building new POCs and demos that bring to life architectures discussed at the C‑suite and line‑of‑business levels in the sales cycles.
Accelerate customer adoption in paid pilots for new platform capabilities and/or POCs for new solutions at launch.
Utilize your software engineering expertise to ensure customers' builder teams develop a full understanding of the platform capabilities of the solutions being pitched or sold.
Work closely with Demo Platform Engineering and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure C‑suite positioning and higher‑level reference architectures are properly activated within the builder communities of the target accounts.
Qualifications

Strong understanding of Twilio's products and services, and the broader market dynamics of SaaS, specifically in cloud computing, Gen AI, CRM, CDP, and/or CPaaS.

Prior technical presales and/or solution engineering experience strongly preferred.
Master's degree is a plus but not required.

Colorado, Hawaii, Minnesota or Vermont: $138,700 - $173,400
Washington D.C., Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts or California (outside SF Bay Area): $146,800 - $183,600
New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or the San Francisco Bay Area, California: $163,100 - $203,900
Equity and benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.

About You
8+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or Financial Systems roles.
Strong expertise with ERP (NetSuite preferred) and financial systems supporting order-to-cash (O2C), procure-to-pay (P2P), and record-to-report (R2R) processes.
Robust project management experience and have led at least 2 major system implementations and / or migrations.
Deep knowledge spanning multiple Finance domains: GL concepts (journal entries, GL segmentation, eliminations, etc.), billing customers, paying vendors, budgeting processes, etc.
Demonstrated ability to design scalable processes and implement systems solutions that meet cross-functional business needs.

As the SolutionsArchitect, you will help discover and gather client needs, and design/guide the implementation of Supernova's SBL platform for our enterprise clients.
The candidate will work closely with internal and external project and technology teams to define and document system architecture, integration points, and integration specs. RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with our clients to develop solutions regarding integrations, data migrations, and other custom deployments
Create and manage scope of work and detailed project plans for integrations and custom work including timelines and effort estimates
Act as the point of contact for offshore team
Conduct weekly check-ins and ensure work is delivered within estimated timelines and meets quality standards
Work closely with clients and engineers to integrate and implement solutions to ensure custom solutions align with our standard product offering
Act as an escalation point and provide guidance and support to technical support teams Identify new product features during trials and integrations and draft business cases and feature requests for review by the development and engineering teams

Position Summary
As an Enterprise Architect Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the architecture strategy and delivery of large-scale, complex technology transformation programs. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives and clients, guiding them through business and IT strategy alignment, architecture governance, and the adoption of emerging technologies to enable their business goals.
You will oversee the development of innovative, enterprise-level technology solutions that enhance clients' business performance, reduce costs, and improve scalability. In this role, you are expected to manage teams, client relationships, and drive the overall architecture vision for multiple projects while ensuring alignment with clients' long-term business objectives.
What You'll Do
Lead the enterprise architecture function for major client engagements across industries, aligning business and IT strategies.
Serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to clients on architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman), best practices, and emerging technologies.
Define and drive the enterprise architecture strategy, ensuring its scalability and alignment with the organization's business goals and vision.
Guide the integration of cloud, digital, data, and security architectures into enterprise IT landscapes.
Client Engagement
Cultivate and manage executive-level client relationships, including engagement with C-suite leaders.
Develop and present architecture strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that deliver business value and technical alignment.
Provide architecture governance throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, risk management, and compliance requirements.
Technology Solutions & Innovation:
Lead the development and implementation of enterprise-wide technology solutions, including application architecture, infrastructure design, and data integration.
Drive innovation by advising clients on the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, IoT, and blockchain.
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools that meet clients' business needs while fostering innovation and efficiency.
Ensure architectural designs are secure, scalable, and resilient, while also taking into account cost-effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of architects, consultants, and technical specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Provide leadership in developing architecture competency within the team, enabling them to deliver quality solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners to ensure smooth delivery of architecture projects.
Project Management & Delivery
Oversee multiple architecture projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution within time, budget, and scope.

Business Development & Growth

What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

The salary range listed is a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role based on national salary averages. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certifications and other factors. You may also be eligible to participate in annual incentive, commission, and/or recognition programs.
