The Role
As a senior member of our product team, you will play a critical role in defining and executing the product vision to empower emergency managers and wildland firefighters to protect lives, communities, and our forests. Our customers span across high-risk industries such as utilities, forestry, and renewables, all of whom are facing an increasingly urgent need to mitigate wildfire risks and adapt to the growing Wildland Urban Interface.We are seeking a Director of Product Management to lead and elevate our product management efforts, driving high-impact, high-visibility product initiatives. This is a full-time experienced Maintenance Mechanic position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing pneumatic and hydraulic systems, control valves, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps. Maintenance Mechanics are also responsible for troubleshooting and repairing AC/DC electrical systems, reading schematics, and using electrical testing equipment (Volt-Ohm meter, amp meter, oscilloscope). Our experienced Maintenance Mechanics have extensive understanding of Programmable Logic Controls and contribute a unique skillset through the use of preventative maintenance systems and work order tracking. Maintenance Mechanics have the skill and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility and to operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc welders for repair, and fabrication.

The Role
As a Senior / Principal Product Designer at Pano AI, you will own the design of one of our most critical product areas: the Alerts experience. Alerts are the front line of how our customers derive value from Pano - they must be clear, actionable, and defensible in environments where seconds and accuracy matter.The Senior / Principal Product Designer will be the first dedicated design leader on the Alerts squad, responsible for shaping both strategy and execution. You'll partner with a highly engaged PM, a team of engineers, and cross-functional leaders to reduce alert fatigue, strengthen customer trust, and design systems that directly help communities detect and respond to wildfires faster.This role offers more than just design ownership. As a Senior / Principal Product Designer, you'll gain direct visibility with executives, including the CEO, and influence how Pano's technology impacts the world. What you'll do
* Lead design strategy and execution for the Alerts squad, filling a critical gap as the team's first dedicated designer.

The Role
The Computer Vision Applied Scientist will be a part of the AI team that builds and deploys deep learning models to find, classify, locate, and track wildfires from cameras and satellites. About the Role
The Director of Regulatory Affairs will lead Pano AI's engagement with utility regulators, public utility commissions (PUCs), and other key regulatory and policy stakeholders at the state and federal levels. This role focuses on shaping a favorable regulatory environment for wildfire detection technology and accelerating market adoption through strategic regulatory advocacy and collaboration with Pano's utility sales team. The Role
The Senior Computer Vision Applied Scientist will be a part of the AI team that develops and deploys algorithms to detect, localize, and monitor wildfires from mountaintop cameras and satellite images. The Applied Scientist will develop and maintain systems related to camera capture, localization, visualization, geometric understanding, and computer vision.
