The Customer Service Representative supports LEE Filters USA sales efforts by providing a quality customer experience, selling products, meeting customer needs, providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems. Key Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with Lee Filters USA clients to promote its products and services. • Act as the company gatekeeper with dealer/distributor related matters. • Maintain effective, timely and accurate communication with internal departments to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. • Ensure client sales order information is accurate and complete at all points of the order timeline. • Perform all duties related to the product sales and customer service; answer incoming calls, create orders, track back orders, process returns, schedule freight shipments, contact distributors to confirm order details, obtain purchase orders and collect payment for C.O.D./credit card clients. • Work closely with Sales Managers, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure product availability for customer orders. Resolve product shortages and forecast availability for out-of-stock items. • Track the status of outgoing and incoming product while maintaining accurate and timely records for customer orders. • Promote product sales by answering basic product questions and suggesting information about other products or distributor discount opportunities. • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution. • Maintain and organize printed and digital records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and communications. • Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall effort of the team, including, but not limited to, helping with special projects department, restocking, or packing orders in warehouse.     The Corporate Franchise Management group is responsible for leading the cultivation of SPE's most important intellectual properties by coordinating across Divisions, developing multi-year transmedia plans and advocating with senior management , including Creative leadership, Business Affairs, Distribution, Consumer Products, Licensing, etc . The position of Director , Corporate Franchise Management will be supporting this function and report to the S VP, Corporate Franchise Management . Among the most important distinctions across media competitors today is the ability to cultivate and sustain franchises that drive consumer passion, fan community and long-term economic success . The Director of Corporate Franchise Management will be a key resource within the SPE team working to achieve those goals and will be tasked with maximizing the consumer connection and financial returns for SPE's franchise portfolio through collaboration, strategic planning, holistic marketing and brand stewardship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Franchise Strategy and Development + Support the SVP of Corporate Franchise Management in developing multi-year franchise strategies and roadmaps for priority IP s . + Conduct franchise evaluations, research, and opportunity assessment to inform strategic planning. + Identify cross-divisional opportunities for growth and expansion , including content extensions, fan support, partnerships, monetization , and brand collaborations. + Partner with creative and business teams to ensure alignment between storytelling, marketing, and consumer engagement. + Supports the development of holistic programs to steer year-round franchise fandom . Cross-divisional Collaboration + Serve as liaison between divisions and partners (Motion Pictures Group, Sony Pictures Television, Sony Interactive Entertainment , Consumer Products and Corporate Strategy) to coordinate franchise initiatives and maintain information flow. + Organize and facilitate cross-functional meetings, communications, and reporting to ensure alignment across creative, marketing, and commercial stakeholders. + Track and manage enterprise-level franchise priorities, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met. Insights, Research and Performance Tracking + Collaborate with Consumer Insights and Data t eams to consolidate and interpret audience, business , and brand performance . + Help develop and maintain franchise health dashboards and reports to track engagement, awareness, and business performance. + Contribute to presentations and briefing materials for senior leadership and corporate stakeholders. Brand and Creative Stewardship + Support the development and implementation of franchise brand guidelines and creative frameworks. + Partner with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across consumer touchp oints. + Assists in evaluating new creative concepts, storylines, and product extensions for brand fit and long-term franchise value. REQUIREMENTS : Education: Bachelor's degree required ; MBA or advanced degree preferred + 10 + years of experience in entertainment, gaming, or consumer products with a focus on brand, franchise or IP management. + Proven expertise working across divisions or business units to drive alignment and deliver strategic initiatives. + Strong understanding of storytelling, marketing, audience management, and brand building. + Analytical mi ndset with the ability to interpret research, data, a nd market trends to inform strategy. + Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills ; able to work effectively with senior executives and creative talent. + Highly organized and exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Bachelor's degree required ; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
