Prior to joining industry, Sudheer completed his doctorate and post-doctoral research at UCLA in the Department of Human Genetics. Sudheer’s research consisted of the development and application of computational methods for the discovery of genes underlying complex diseases such as atherosclerosis. Sudheer has pioneered computational methods that combine areas of network theory with genetics and global gene expression data to elucidate the pathways and genetic underpinnings of disease phenotypes.

Sudheer has a passion for genomics and the incorporation of molecular medicine into common practice to improve healthcare delivery and patient quality of life.
