ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assembles boxes and packing materials for wholesale products. Construct boxes and cases as required.
2. Set up and clean the glue machine.
3. Pack and seal retail products into individual boxes then cases, pack and seal food service bags into cases, and properly label and date all boxes.
4. Record batch codes, dates on the log and number of cases packed on the proper log.
5. Stacks finished cases on pallets and properly labels the pallet with the item name and date.
6. Responsible for keeping the storage room area free of debris as well as the lunch room area.
7. Removes trash and sweeps up trash.
