Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the comprehensive design development for airport infrastructure projects, including terminals, runways, support facilities, and associated transportation infrastructure
Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and quality control processes
Coordinate between architectural, engineering, and construction teams to ensure design integrity and project alignment
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, tracking progress, budgets, and timelines

Prepare and present design progress reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture, engineering and/or related field
Minimum 7-10 years of experience in managing the design of large, complex, building projects, utilities and infrastructure improvements.
Design management of complex aviation improvements experience (preferred)
Professionally licensed architect and/or engineer (preferred)
Demonstrated experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and design management software
Strong understanding of airport design standards (FAA, IATA, local regulatory requirements)
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex design projects
Advanced technical and communication skills
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Technical Skills:
AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360
Project management software
Detailed understanding of construction documentation processes

FiberTel is looking for an HDD Operator for our Albuquerque, NM location.
A Successful HDD Operator is specially trained and has expertise in locating for horizontal/directional drill rigs and product support equipment. This individual will be primarily responsible for setting up and completing drilling variable-sized underground boreholes and pulling back the required conduit/pipe. What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
All phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.
Locate for Horizontal Directional Drill for installation of underground conduit and fiber optic cable.
Ensure safety of the public and other utilities underground facilities.
Operate Horizontal Directional Drill
Assist in potholing and remediation.

Job Title: Remote Sensing Device Operator Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11am-9pm Pay: $22/hour Character of the Job Relies on basic manual/technical skills and works independently under remote supervision. Requires long periods of time alone in remote locations and confined space. Requires heavy lifting (75 lbs+) and manual dexterity.
Responsibilities
* Daily set up, operation and break down of a remote on-road motor vehicle emissions sensor
* Work long hours in a mobile unit without a break room
* Compile and deliver collected emissions data periodically, as instructed.
* Support data processing activities as needed.
* Maintain performance and appearance of assigned company vehicle and associated equipment.
* Maintain service log on company vehicle and activity log on data collection.
* Drive to designated data collection sites
* Keep personal safety and motorist safety as the first priority by following proper safety procedures.
* Follow local codes, and safety procedures, erect proper signage and cones for equipment set up.
* Maintain contact with administrator/supervisor.
* Other duties as assigned by administrator/supervisor.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Horizontal Directional Drill Operator to join our team and operate a Ditch Witch AT40 drill rig. The HDD Operator will be responsible for safely and efficiently completing directional drilling operations to install underground conduit, fiber, and other utilities on construction and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the Ditch Witch AT40 directional drill and support equipment in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
Read and interpret utility maps, blueprints, and job plans to ensure proper placement of conduit or piping.
Perform horizontal directional boring and locate bore path using electronic locating equipment.
Work closely with drill locator to guide and complete bores safely and accurately.
Monitor drill fluid pressures, pullback forces, and equipment performance during operations.
Troubleshoot drilling issues and perform basic maintenance on the drill and support equipment.
Ensure proper documentation of bore logs, as-builts, and job site activities.
Adhere to company safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring public and team safety.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of HDD operating experience, preferably with Ditch Witch AT-series equipment.
Strong understanding of underground utility construction and drilling operations.
Ability to read construction drawings and interpret utility locate markings.
Experience with electronic locating equipment (e.g., Subsite, DigiTrak).
Must have a valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
CDL Class A with tanker endorsement.
OSHA 10/30 or other safety certifications.
Experience with utility installation (fiber optic, gas, water, etc.).
Basic mechanical skills for maintenance and troubleshooting.
