The young managers are mean to elder employees and they talk down to them as if they were animals. No employee recognition for good employees. Young teenager employees play a lot at work. They don’t wear gloves when prepping food nor do they wear masks. They talk a lot while prepping customers food while their spit is sprayed down upon the customers food.
Flexible schedule there’s no benefits for team members. They are only entitled to a pay check and no pay raises.
CEO listens to the managers
Recognize good workers by offering positions that are trainable as leaders. Turn the volume of the music to a softer tone. Stop the profanity in the work place and eliminate the extremely loud talking.
By giving honest answers
When all of the loud managers are not there on weekends. The work environment is more relaxed.

Panera didn't offer much for benefits.
Loved the work environment andy coworkers.
The expectations from managers hoping we'd just do their job for them while they get paid for the work they're supposed to be doing but are watching us do it.
N/A

not enough hours. fast paced. high stress job.
employee discount
I liked the sense of teamwork and the effective communication I got while employed there. Along side that, I enjoyed the process of self improvement that I experienced.
Management not helping fellow associates when they were struggling while doing there job.
The best and only benefit I received while working there was discounted food and free pastries at the end of the night.
I really loved the atmosphere as well as the people that worked there.
What I didn’t like was the mount of drama that seemed to come with the job.
My favorite perk was the food discount.
Some nice customer interactions, decent relations with coworkers
Management is weak, still have to pay for food, occasional ugly customers
Access to healthier food, compared to the majority of fast food restaurants
I liked the fast pace environment.
The pay was so little and management was very unprofessional.
The environment, the food, and the people
The management, although my managers are really nice and funny, there needs to be a sense of order and to promote in order.
The 65% off food and free drinks.
I like the hours and the pay. The co workers are pretty great too.
I dont really get any benefits or breaks. The managers can be hard at times.
