Monitor productivity via reporting tools. Ensure compliance with all government and regulatory requirements. Loan Officer shall determine his or her hours or work. Loan Officers are not required to work any specific number of hours per week and when you do work is at your discretion. Take information from the prospective borrower and complete the loan application form. Set yearly goals/attend meetings with manager. Educate borrowers/communicate on a regular basis with borrowers, listing brokers and selling brokers. Analyze the prospective borrowers income and debt and pre-qualify the prospective borrower to determine the maximum mortgage amount that the prospective borrower can afford. Educate the prospective borrower in the home buying and financing process, advising the borrower about the different types of loan products available and demonstrating how closing costs and monthly payments could vary under each product. Maintain regular contact with the borrower, realtors and the Company between the time of the application and closing to apprise them of the status of the application and gather any addition information. Collect financial information (tax returns, bank statements) and other related documents that are part of the application process. Order in file credit report, when required by the Company. Determine whether the property is located in a flood area, where required by the Company. Attend the closing of the mortgage loan, if requested by the company. Under no circumstances shall the Loan Officer by compensated greater than the amount negotiated in the Loan Officer Compensation Agreement. THE OPPORTUNITY Under general direction of assigned management, oversees the day-to-day operation, safety, and security of the County's airport system; coordinates, supervises, and directs airport staff and contractors, and performs operational duties; conducts airfield inspections, facilities upkeep, snow removal, fueling, and regulatory tasks; coordinates with the Facilities Division on grant-funded capital projects, and arranges building maintenance, repair, and grounds maintenance, provides services for airport clients, prepares and monitors operating budgets, and ground and hangar leases and prepares related reports; serves as the division's technical resource on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Caltrans Division of Aeronautics requirements; and performs related duties as assigned. Directs airport safety and security; assists in the enforcement of airport regulations and the implementation of emergency response procedures. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to: * Plan, organize, direct, and perform airside and landside operations, maintenance programs, and customer services for County-owned airports; establish goals, objectives, policies, and work standards. * Select, train, supervise, and evaluate operations and administrative staff; provide technical guidance and verify adherence to safety and security protocols. * Administer operating and capital budgets; develop revenue forecasts; recommend fee schedules; and monitor the Airport Enterprise Fund. * Negotiate, execute, and track hangar, tie-down, concession, and commercial leases; verify equitable rates, compliance, and timely renewals. * Develop long-range airport business and master plans; conduct complex operational and financial analyses; present findings and recommendations to leadership, commissions, and the Board.
