Purpose:
The Warehouse Coordinator manages receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. This role assists with general maintenance of pharmacies and building facilities.
Responsibilities:
Unloads inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product & supplies, and the picking and staging of outbound shipments.
Coordinates movement of products to storage areas with proper equipment and efficiently stacks and stores the merchandise in the appropriate area.
Assists with physical inspections of warehouse condition and equipment and prepares work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
Responsible for packing shipments including boxing, labeling and preparing orders for shipment.
Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work environment and assists in maintaining the security and safety of PANTHERx locations.
General upkeep of building facilities including organizing and cleaning .
Communicate with department heads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities with such activities as production, sales, records control, replenishment of daily use items and purchasing.
Responsible for process improvement and process management of all inbound receiving, put-away, picking, shipping and inventory control.
Responsible for scanning documents as required.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

Purpose
The Data Quality Assurance Engineer must possess strong technical knowledge and experience in data quality assurance. Purpose
The Clinical Professional Development Manager will play a critical role in advancing the professional growth of RxARECARE pharmacist team members and ensuring readiness to deliver rare expertise in patient interactions. Required Qualifications

Purpose
The Bilingual Specialty Manufacturer Liaison serves in a client facing role responsible for various functions, including accurate and timely response to manufacturer inquiries from manufacturing partners requiring support in Spanish. Purpose:
The Clinical Pharmacist, Fulfillment manages drug distribution and related activities for a variety of patients enrolled at PANTHERxâ„¢ Rare Pharmacy. The role safely and efficiently dispenses and ships medications, packages cold chain shipments, and follows all fulfillment processes in the pharmacy setting. The Fulfillment Pharmacist assists with mentoring newly hired staff, trains existing staff, and addresses escalated patient, prescriber, or PANTHERx leadership concerns. In addition, this role oversees pharmacy technicians and supports other roles daily.
Responsibilities:
Completes verification of prescription orders during prescription fulfillment process.
Supervises pharmacy technicians and other support staff during course of daily activities.
Assists in the development and execution of quality and production standards in the fulfillment area.
Creates and conducts staff training for new processes/process changes.
Participates in regular meetings with leadership to discuss staff needs and accomplishments.
Performs fulfillment pharmacist duties during on-call hours on a rotating basis; on-call duties may involve transporting products to and from Panther facilities.
Handles additional projects and activities as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist degree from an ACPE accredited institution.
Active and unrestricted Pharmacist Licensure for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Active and valid driver's license.

Purpose
The Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Technical Designer, working closely and collaboratively with the EDW Principal Architect, is responsible for designing and implementing modern, scalable data solutions that enable efficient data integration, transformation, and reporting across the organization. They will be responsible for all order management functions including data entry, prescription retrieval, adverse event/product complaint submission, patient profile updates, program consent tracking, and maintain frequent communication with the manufacturer and the manufacturer nurse care partner.

Responsibilities:
Communicates with patients via phone to establish rapport, introduce program offerings, customize welcome kit, ensure clinical compliance, authorize next shipment of medication, and coordinate any other patient engagement activities.
Conducts physician office welcome call to provide overview of the program and complete enrollment in physician office communication preference plan.
Tracks all interactions with patients and manufacturer representatives, utilizing mutually agreed upon platforms, to the extent permitted by law.
Serves as the primary contact for the patient and physician to resolve inquiries.
Ships patient travel kit by the manufacturer's vendor upon patient request or identified need.

Performs all required order management activities such as order/data entry, patient onboarding, profile creation, prescription retrieval, adverse event and product compliant submission and reconciliation, and assigned follow-ups.
Enrolls patients in financial assistance programs as appropriate including Quick Start, Bridge, Copayment Assistance, PAP and Product Replacement if applicable. The Care Coordinator will screen and exclude federal and state healthcare program beneficiaries, such as Medicare, Medicaid, the VA/DoD, TRICARE, or any other federal or state healthcare plans from participating in the manufacturer's commercial co-payment program.
Communicates to patients that they are referring the patient to an independent organization independent from the manufacturer, upon a patient transfer to third-party PAPs for assistance.
Triages patients to rotation of all available 501(c)3 foundations if appropriate.
Conducts all patients and physicians facing interactions related to reimbursement support, including but not limited to processing pharmacy claims, obtaining authorizations and overrides as needed and discussing financial responsibility with patients.
Accepts direction from pharmacist(s) and Leadership regarding various elements of specialty call compliance programs.
Communicates effectively with both the RPH Supervisor and Program Manager and performs other duties assigned.

Purpose
The Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives drives end-to-end execution and scaling of innovation across Lines of Business (LOBs). This role ensures pilots mature into sustainable, enterprise-ready solutions; owns long-term internal implementation; optimizes workflow models to support new business processes; and manages strategic vendor relationships to enable delivery at scale. The leader partners cross-functionally with operations, product/technology, clinical or business SMEs, and LOB stakeholders to translate opportunities into measurable outcomes and lasting value.
Responsibilities
Scale & Sustain Strategic Pilots
Leads the transition of pilots into full-scale implementations, establishing clear ownership, support models, SLAs, and change-management plans.
Defines and maintains post-launch roadmaps and governance to ensure durability, performance, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
Partner Intake & Opportunity Assessment (LOB Innovation)
Serves as the primary intake point for LOB partners; triage and assess innovation opportunities against strategic priorities, operational feasibility, regulatory/compliance needs, and ROI.

Workflow Model Design & Change Management

Platform / Systems Enablement

Purpose:
The Patient Care Coordinator interacts with patients over the phone and coordinates prescription refill(s).
