Jill’s background in tech started with creating three venture capital-backed enterprise software companies. She raised $50M in venture and successfully exited these companies returning more than $1B to investors and employees

As a technology leader Stelfox has managed to create intersections between industries that once may have been considered unthinkable and spotted opportunities hidden underneath established, legacy solutions. Deteriorating Compensation Plans and Quotas: Initially, compensation plans and quotas were strong and ambitious, but over the years, they have progressively worsened, indicating a decline in financial incentives and goal setting.

She’s masterful at narcissism until you start to realize everything is 10% true and 90% lies. Smoke and mirrors.

How would you improve Panzura's culture?

Get rid of CEO and her daughter.

How does your compensation at Panzura compare to the industry average?

Salary is comparable. Commissions plan and quotas are laughable. You don’t realize how bad it is until you interview with competitors and see how fair comp plans are at other companies compared to Panzura.

Diversity is extremely low especially in the sales department.
