The Lead Distribution Team Member is responsible for assisting with the management of the distribution shift in the absence of a Distribution Supervisor and/or Manager along with perform normal distribution functions of picking production and loading product onto Papa John's delivery trucks. **Duties and Responsibilities** + Perform pre-shift huddles and distribute work assignments to the Distribution team + Close out routes when delivery specialists return from their dispatched route + Ensure the distribution team has completed assigned workloads by the end of the shift + Load and unload trucks accurately in a timely manner.
