It is a simplistic delivery driver job. The money can be good on various nights. Plus, free food.
There are no pay raises and little opportunity for advancement in the small location. As I mentioned, it is very simple job so one will not learn much in terms of the overall scope of a business. Also, the wear and tear on my vehicle.
The general manager is flexible with scheduling. I also enjoy the people I work with.
Being able to work with customers and making sure their order is correct before putting it in the system. I also love how I can be in charge most of the time with answering phone calls and doing food prep.
I don't like how the kitchen is so small in there and how alot of things are closed in.
My favorite thing about it is I get a 50 % discount for the pizza I order or in other words ... for MY OWN PIZZA !

Management refusing to pay, took a month to get my first paycheck. The general manager was often late by at least 2 hours to work while I opened with him.
My favorite benefit has always been health/dental. Those have always been the most beneficial to me.
