Team Leadership & Operations
Lead, mentor, and develop the billing and collections team.

Implement strategies to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and overall receivables turnover.

Process Improvement & Compliance
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting credit and accounts receivable.
Support ERP system implementations and process enhancements as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of billing and collections experience in a large organization.
3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role.
Experience working in a growing business and improving processes to support scalability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and credit reports.
Knowledge of credit policies, risk management, and industry standards.
ERP system implementation experience and a continuous improvement mindset preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs); experience with Deltek preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or related field.
Minimum of four years of experience in archaeological investigations, such as Phase I surveys, Phase II testing, or Phase III data recoveries, artifact analysis, and report writing on projects in Texas.
Candidate must have two years of supervisory experience in laboratory work, with preferred experience in historical artifact analysis.
Working knowledge of Section 106 of the NHPA, Antiquities Code of Texas, and NEPA.
Working knowledge of curation standards for the Texas Archeological Research Laboratory and the Center for Archaeological Research at the University of Texas at San Antonio preferred.
Demonstrate competency in subfield of cultural resources management, such as artifact analysis, bioarchaeology, GIS, geo-archaeology, deliverable preparation, or similarly applicable subfield.
Proven ability to direct and mentor field and lab technicians.

Pape-Dawson Engineers job in San Antonio, TX
This position is responsible for providing design and oversight of water/wastewater utility projects for public, private and municipal utility district clients. In addition to leading a team of engineers and technical professionals, this position will also be actively involved in professional associations and community organizations as Pape-Dawson continues building partnerships within the community we serve.
Responsibilities
Prepare proposals, budgets and client agreements
Lead, mentor, and oversee design and technical aspects of the team(s) projects including detailed engineering design and calculations, report writing, permitting (local and state) and presentations to clients, public agencies, and the general public
Write responses to client RFQs and Solicitations
Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, public agency officials and community leaders
Coordinate and monitor project tasks, budgets and schedules
Responsible for the technical and professional development of project team(s)
Participate in the development of company design and production standards
Actively participate in professional associations and civic organizations within the community
Preparation of creation reports and bond applications for municipal utility districts
Attend monthly board meetings for municipal utility districts
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
Professional Engineer (P.E.) designation in the State of Texas
5 years' of experience managing substantial water and wastewater projects from conception to completion
5 years' of experience managing municipal utility district clients and/or public clients
Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices for waterlines, storage tanks, pump stations, wastewater lines, lift stations and force mains
Some knowledge of water and wastewater treatment facility design and construction and general knowledge of modeling water distribution and wastewater conveyance systems
Proven ability to effectively communicate, both oral and written skills
Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, municipal utility districts, public agency officials and community leaders
Proven ability to lead a team of engineers and technical professionals
Actively involved in professional associations and civic organizations
Must be able to work 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
