+ Uses good judgment in accomplishing routine and emergency work order repairs, prioritizing effectively.
+ Performs minor building maintenance, flooring repair, installation of cabinetry, sheetrock work and wall repairs as required in a professional manner, following hospital safety standards.
+ Maintains a stock inventory of standard paints used throughout the campus. Maintains the work environment in a clean, neat and safe condition.
**Qualifications**
**What You Will Need:**
+ Minimum of two to three years' experience as a painter / paper hanger
+ 2 years' experience as a painter/paper hanger in a healthcare setting (Preferred)
