CACI is looking for a Paper Maker to be part of an exciting and important mission. This position will provide an opportunity to obtain additional experience in a unique environment.
What You'll Get to Do:
* Apply your paper production process knowledge and experience
* Handle and mix raw materials on a large scale to produce paper
* Monitor and interpret paper production instrument gauges and dials
* Meet production schedules and make adjustments or corrections to production machines as required
* Use hands and arms to move and maneuver material and equipment using manual or motorized devices
* Observe all safety and health rules while performing the duties
Specific duties include:
* Mix chemicals with water and pulp fibers following a specific recipe
* Process the mixture through the dewatering, drying and finishing stages
* Set up and monitor machine operations
* Conduct quality control checks and handle raw materials and stock
* Assist with finishing operations to convert, cut and package stock into a final form.
