Pros of working at PaperWorks

You will work daily with some hardworking people. It's a job not to take lightly!

Cons of working at PaperWorks

Management. They quick on finding others mistake, but when it comes to theirs they good. They will give you a opportunity to move up, but coworkers who don't even do their job like to point out your flaws! First shift quality, and management needs to get their act together, and need to start realizing who actually is doing their jobs

PaperWorks benefits

Favorite thing about this place is the people I work with on the floor, even tho many have left to better places, but we are the family, management thinks they are but they are just the wanna be crazy aunt who says they are there for you but pit you down everytime.

Pros of working at PaperWorks

It's such a warm and welcoming company. They value their team members, management is approachable and listens, the benefits and pay are well above average. It's a job that doesn't always feel like a job because we work hard, but we have fun too!

Cons of working at PaperWorks

Sometimes scheduling can be challenging, but from what I hear Paperworks in Mount Gilead is fair and is searching for more team members so there will be more rotational options.

PaperWorks benefits

My team. They are like family. If you need something, they will do their best to help. The work environment makes all the difference... when you like who you work with and enjoy your job it's rewarding!
