Bill Cote is a President/CEO at PAQ Inc. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at PAQ, Inc. & QSI, Inc.; Chief Financial Officer at PAQ Inc; and Chief Fianancial Officer at Superior Grocers. Bill attended University of Oregon.

My career and work desire is to obtain a position in Risk Management work, and also work as a Professor at a University or College, I would like to do research also. The risk management is to look at situations such as developing countries to determine threat levels and political stability. The purpose of the work is to determine if it is feasible to invest in the country. My academic research is about human rights enforcement and democratic practices in the government systems.

I am considered an American/California master in modern fine arts painting. I have some paintings stored at the Louvre in France. I accomplished this when I was around 20 years old. The person that recognized me was Rowland Cheney my teacher. Rowland had a jury critique my art. Soon I was rolling them up to be shipped to Paris. This was the early 1990s. Rowland Cheney's teacher was Wayne Theibaud. I was first introduce to Art by my father. He knew Jean Michel Bisquat. He taught me about color and expression. Jean Michel was primitivism. Me and Avril help create "Hollywood Lions". It was cool being 7 years old reading my name in a Art News Magazine in circa 1978.

My father gifted me University of the Pacific which legal name is Pacific Universe. I worked there as a Provost, Dean and President my title is Chancellor.I became a Dr. of Psychiatry working with the high level developmentally disabled, they were convicted criminals. My job was to watch for overdose, and maintain tranquility in the house.

I ran a cognitive behavioral program to teach daily life skills and coping skills.

I began working for the United Nations, as child soldier Dr. Yansane in class often said in class and looked at me when I was attending SFSU. I became an adult soldier I sort of stop working. I stopped because of the birth of Lisa my daughter with Avril.

I did worked a little as a soldier with Vladimir Putin in 2006 in Georgia.

I did get to meet Kofi Annan when I was young he worked with my father.

Mike Molinar, CPA is a Senior Vice President Finance and CFO at PAQ Inc and is based in Stockton, California. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer at Friedman's Home Improvement, Store Manager at ABCO Foods, and Vice President Corporate Controller at Orchard Supply Hardware. Mike studied at Arizona State University and Western International University.
