She executed plan for 10-12 times EBITDA growth by guiding a 2019 launch of the Merchant Services line of business, as Chief of Strategy and Strategy, CEO, President and Board Director. Additionally, Karen self-reported for SEC as CEO and Audit Committee compliance reporting. She led PAR through SEC challenges, resolution of material weakness and compliance issues by restructuring internal compliance processes, including setting tone at the top. Karen also led the M&A that drove the company transformation and set PAR on a growth trajectory over the past three years, networking with investment bankers. She promoted this transformation to the investment community, increasing investment in PAR. Karen secured IT infrastructure and cyber security, forming the Security Council to oversee assets, IP, and sensitive data, with a comprehensive security platform rollout. Previously, Karen led as SVP of Operations for The CBORD Group, Inc. (NYSE: ROP; Roper Industries), overseeing full strategy and P&L for the US operation in one of six companies within the software segment, with ~ $132M (2012). She led the largest number of SaaS solutions launched, introduced new partners and customers – adding 200-300bps to EBTIDA goals and setting revenue and contribution margins records in 2011 and 2012. Karen is a Board Member of Conscious Capitalism, Inc., a global network of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and intrapreneurs, where is the Board Committee Chair and sits on the Executive Committee and Strategy Task Force. She leads chapter growth in New York State, guiding organizations to define a higher purpose, ensuring equal value for all stakeholders, building servant leaders and a conscious culture.
