Position Summary The Customer Service / Sales Co-Ordinator serves as the primary liaison between customers, sales, production, logistics, and finance. This role is responsible for order processing, customer communication, invoicing, freight coordination, reporting, and system support to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient fulfillment of customer orders while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and service. Principal Duties & Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner. * Process domestic and international customer orders using Moniroo and Great Plains, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, credits/debits, transfers, and receipts. * Coordinate freight logistics including booking carriers, tracking shipments, maintaining freight documentation, reviewing freight invoices, and communicating delivery schedules and delays to customers. * Create and maintain customer accounts, delivery locations, shipping documentation, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, customs documents, and related records. * Collaborate with Sales, Production, Packaging, Logistics, and Finance teams to adjust orders due to inventory constraints, production changes, or customer requests. * Compile and maintain reports related to sales performance, freight lane averages, feed tonnage, and production allocations. * Support export activities, third-party warehouse coordination, railcar processing, and international shipping documentation. * Maintain organized customer files, sample logs, transfer documentation, and shipping records in accordance with company policies. * Serve as system liaison for Moniroo and other platforms, troubleshooting issues, testing new systems, and working with external software providers as needed. * Comply with all Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE), quality, and regulatory requirements and perform other related duties as assigned. Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills * Prior experience in customer service and/or sales; experience in manufacturing, production, or operations preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Great Plains, Moniroo, and general office systems. * Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and ability to interpret operational, safety, and procedural documentation.
