Co-Workers
Quality is not a priority and because of that they ship a lot of bad parts. I had 5 bosses in my 8 months there. Morale is low and turnaround is high. I would only suggest working there if you have no other choice. Also make sure you collect your things on your last day. I still have not received my personal belongs and don't expect I ever will.
Overtime. They made so many bad decisions that required me to work overtime to correct.

All mgmt. They keep telling us how well the company is doing but do not want to increase wages… 3% is slap in face when inflation almost 9%. Tired of being lied to
