Description of Duties: * Will support program production with basic to medium complexity mechanical assembly. * Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to produce hardware. * Deburr machined components prior to inspection in accordance with the manufacturing drawings. * Assemble/install a variety of hardware in accordance with specifications and work instructions. * Complete documentation of hardware manufacturing and verification processes in accordance with AS9100/ISO9001. * Must be capable of assembling prototype hardware in a fast-paced aerospace environment. * Provide back-up lab technician support as needed. * Communicate issues to quality. * Frequently lifts, carries, or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 50 pounds. * Will be required to perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time. * Typically bends, stoops and crouches on a regular basis. * Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Proficient with assembling hardware, applicable cross functional skills acceptable. * Ability to read engineering drawings including GD&T per ASME Y14.5 * Knowledgeable in a variety of metal working tools and equipment. * Knowledge of and experience with Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and working within a visibly clean environment. Can implement and work to "clean as you go" best practices. * Knowledge of and proficiency in the safe use of mechanical measuring instruments * Familiar with working under ISO9001 & AS9100 requirements. * Skill in maintaining a clean, safe work environment. * Ability to operate various assembly equipment, such as pneumatic riveters, helical installation tools (both manual and electric), and various torque wrenches. * Capable of working to verbal and written communications. * Ability to support production requirements as required for the safe operation of standard manufacturing equipment and machinery. * Ability to stand, stoop, and crouch over 50% of the time. * Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50lbs. * Ability to read standard work instructions. * Ability to solve routine problems independently. Ability to demonstrate self-initiative in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. * Ability to establish and maintain effective, positive work relationships; have creativity, flexibility, and resourcefulness.

Job Description: Thermal Analysis Engineer The successful candidate will perform thermal analysis of spacecraft systems and components in a hands-on environment. This candidate must provide accurate thermal modeling and generate recommendations for the design and sizing of thermal control systems and components. The candidate will also be responsible for supporting thermal testing of spacecraft systems and hardware. Basic Qualifications: A strong grasp of heat transfer, thermodynamics, and flow physics. Expertise in both analytical and numerical thermal and fluids analysis. Understanding of spacecraft thermal control hardware including radiators, pumped fluid loops, heat pipes, phase change materials (PCM), multi-layer insulation (MLI), and/or sublimators.
