Qualifications Minimum 5+ years handling personal injury matters in a law firm or insurance environment. Equivalent combinations of paralegal and bodily injury claims experience are welcome. At least 2+ years managing pre-litigation negotiations, including drafting demand packages, evaluating damages, and settling bodily injury claims. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and negotiation with carriers. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred due to our significant Spanish-speaking client base. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
