Assist with the review of closing packages to ensure that they are complete, and deals are ready for funding. Effectively apply project coordination and loan closing standards. Develop, and implement, best practices and processes for real estate financing transactions. Communicate effectively and productively with underwriters, loan managers, loan originators, and other key people and departments involved in real estate financing transactions. Serve as backup for other key people and departments when someone is out of office. Required Experience & Skills Paralegal certificate as well as a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Preferably 2+ years working experience in commercial real estate loan transaction experience Strong working knowledge of business associations, corporate formation, and loan documents Escrow and title experience are pluses Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $71,000-$90,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
