ABOUT THE POSITION
The Paralegal will assist the Legal Department and the Company by providing support services including document preparation and review; research, fact checking, and other services.
Responsibilities
Independently reviews, drafts and negotiates NDA's and standard contract terms and conditions.
Independently manages corporate governance activities, including preparation and filing annual reports and drafting board & shareholders minutes.
Independently drafts business documents including routine contracts, affidavits, resolutions, policies and procedures.
