What You'll Do:
Draft and prepare estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)
Support attorneys in elder law and business planning matters
Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and government agencies
Manage case files and track deadlines
Schedule client appointments and help coordinate signing meetings
Assist with probate and trust administration tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Though prior paralegal experience preferred (estate planning or elder law experience is a plus), this role is also open to fresh graduates.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal practice management software
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Benefits:
Starting Salary: $50,000-$60,000/yr, commensurate with experience

Support corporate secretarial functions for a portfolio of domestic and international entities, including assistance with preparing and revising corporate documents, minute books, reports and registrations.
Coordinate and prepare responses to know-your-customer (KYC) diligence requests and customer qualification questionnaires.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, such as board members, auditors, and outside counsel, to ensure clear communication and timely execution of legal processes.
Support corporate transactions including financing, acquisitions, diligence, and other strategic initiatives.
Support compliance with corporate governance requirements and regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
Assist with contract review, negotiation, and management, including contract templates, terms and conditions, NDAs and other agreements, working closely with counsel.
Support real estate and power generation project development activities.
Maintain and organize corporate records, contracts, and legal documents, leveraging legal management systems and secure data room platforms.
Use creativity and project management skills to identify, develop and implement process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
Support litigation and dispute resolution activities.
Perform additional legal and administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
Associate or bachelor's degree, with a certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years as a corporate paralegal, with a strong focus on corporate governance and contract management within an in-house legal department or law firm (combination of law firm and in-house experience preferred).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership and external partners.
Strong initiative, time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities, with an attention to detail and responsiveness.
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills.
Curious, agile and versatile and can easily flex to changing needs.
