Responsibilities Reviewing the Term Sheet, lease and income documentation to confirm information on the Term Sheet, Deal Sheet and XIRR documents provided by the Origination team. Assembling and vetting all of the deal documentation that constitute the Title Order Package and ordering title, environmental and site inspection and, when required, survey. Assuring that all requests from legal and title for follow‐on documentation and approvals including are made and that documentation is obtained in a timely fashion. Preparing and sending closing notices and closing requests. Assembling and delivering final closing packages. Tracking all work on all deals in a deal tracker and providing weekly closings projections.
