What You'll Do

What You'll Need
Active special education license

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
The Production Supervisor (Kitchen) is to maintain consistency, efficiency, and accountability in all production areas while fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. Supervisors are expected to lead by example, uphold company standards, and ensure operational excellence across their department.
General Responsibilities - Kitchen
Oversee shift operations, ensuring goals, staffing, and priorities are met.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Extraction: Support extraction processes, including operating extraction equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient production of cannabis concentrates.
Lab Work: Assist with lab-related tasks, including the preparation and testing of samples, maintaining lab equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Packaging: Assist with the packaging of cannabis products, including labeling, weighing, and sealing products for distribution.
Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Sanitation: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas to prevent contamination.
Compliance: Adhere to all state and local regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, to ensure legal and operational standards are met.

Effectively communicate with parents, staff, and students regarding progress
Complete essential documentation for IEP reports, goals, and diagnostic evaluations

Actively participate in team meetings and work collaboratively to ensure every student's success
What You'll Need
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage children from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Monitor and maintains the optimal climate, fertility, and integrated pest management (IPM) program as well as supervises the labor and materials needed for production.
Effectively manages the seed inventory, plant seeds; propagates seedlings into mothers; and maintains the Mothering Plants through watering, fertilizing, leaf pruning, and IPM.
Responsible for the turnover of mothering plants including all aspects of seeding, propagation, plant destruction and preparing plants for the vegetative compartment.
Participates in inventory activities.
Coordinates cuttings taken from the Mothering Plants and pots clones in the Mothering Room.
Effectively manages the crop work: watering, fertilizing , pruning and IPM programs
Responsible for the production and delivery of vegetative cuttings .
