Salary Information Compensation plans are based on a multi-step progression system. Work requires strenuous physical exertion under adverse conditions such as hazardous materials or cramped surroundings. Employees are also responsible for participating in daily training activities, inspecting and maintaining equipment and apparatus and cleaning and maintaining quarters.
