We are a service that holds our providers to a high standard of education, community involvement, teamwork, continued education, and to put it simply, doing the right thing. In general, this is who we are: Our ALS providers are highly encouraged to get their Community Paramedic (CP-C) Endorsement and/or Critical Care once they are finished with their field training. These endorsements help us to grow and to be able to respond to patient's needs when an ambulance ride and an ER might not be the best answer. This helps us to think outside of the box on how to best serve our patients and community. We take the necessary time on scene to help get the correct answer rather than ‘just an answer' even if this takes hours. Our CPs are trained to provide advanced assessments, telehealth, lab work, and provide medications on scene - similar to a mobile urgent care.
