Responsible for assisting the team leader in obtaining pertinent neonatal and child hood histories, performing physical assessments and management plans. Performs necessary diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice of a paramedic. Identifies, plans, implements, and evaluates the stabilization of emergency care of the acutely ill neonates, infants, children, and/or adolescents as team lead or in collaboration with the team leader and medical control physicians. Patrol community premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, equipment, and vehicles. 5. Responds to fire alarms by investigating locations and accompanying the fire department throughout the facility. 6. In the event of suspicious activity or the presence of unauthorized persons on the property, notify police and keep track of the intruder's whereabouts until police arrive. 7. In the absence of the front desk concierge and after hours, answer telephone calls, take messages, answer questions, and provide information to residents. 8. Monitors and adjusts controls that regulate building systems such as air conditioning, heating, or boiler. 9. Completes reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. 10.
