In this role you will provide BLS pre-hospital care and transportation to appropriate healthcare facilities. Responsible for triage to efficiently assess and prioritize patients according to acuity of their condition to provide emergency care including non-invasive procedures and any procedures as may be deemed necessary by ordering physician knowledge of aseptic technique anatomy and physiology departmental standards and practices and principles of emergency medical technology in the pre-hospital setting. Performs clinical procedures and provides patient care under the supervision of the registered nurse and under certain circumstances the supervision of the physician. This position serves to secure hospital and Family Care Center by verifying designated entrances are locked each night.
