About the Role
We are seeking an intern for our Solid Waste practice in Washington, based in Bremerton, Seattle, or Spokane. This team is focused on providing solid waste management and planning, as well as landfill and transfer station operation services. Solid waste services include facility planning and design, system and facility operational support, permitting assistance, landfill siting and development, landfill closure and groundwater, surface water, and landfill gas monitoring systems.
As an intern, you'll have the chance to contribute to projects, receive dedicated mentorship, connect with fellow interns, and participate in valuable learning experiences, including project site visits. You Will:
Assist with planning and designing activities for solid waste management projects under the guidance of project managers and engineers.

About the Role
We are looking for a Facilities Administrative Assistant to join our Puget Sound team as a regular, part-time employee working 30 hours per week. This role supports multiple Parametrix offices throughout the Puget Sound region, including Puyallup, Seattle, Tacoma, Bremerton, and Mukilteo.
The home office for this position will be Puyallup. All training (approximately one month) will take place in Seattle. Weekly schedules and office locations will vary based on business needs, and occasional increases up to 40 hours per week may be required during peak workloads or to provide coverage for vacations or sick leave.
This is an in-office, highly active role that requires frequent travel between offices.
You Will:
Support day-to-day facilities and administrative operations across multiple Puget Sound offices
Manage office inventory, submit supply orders, and maintain restocking
Coordinate and perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting for printers, copiers, and plotters
Assist with fleet coordination, scheduling, and tracking
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipping

* Prepare for, attend, and document meetings by working with staff to prepare agendas, preparing meeting notes, identifying, and tracking action items, and communicating with team.
* Coordinate meeting logistics, facilities/conference rooms, coordinate food/drinks, and prepare materials for virtual and in-person meetings. This includes both preparation for these meetings and day-of support to facilitate efficient internal and external meetings.
* Coordinate travel and serve as a local liaison for remote project team members.
* Document Control. Submit and receive formal document submissions from the client and keep program deliverables log up to date. Similarly, support file management with the client by managing deliverable review and documentation on the client SharePoint Site.
* Coordinate Document Formatting and Compilation. Distribute documents to Editors for final formatting and compilation of client deliverables.

You are an experienced process design manager who can provide:
Project Delivery Oversight: Lead the design and development of water and wastewater treatment processes, including biological and advanced treatment technologies. This role includes serving as engineer of record for preliminary engineering studies and planning documents, the development of plans, drawings, and specifications with a primary emphasis on wastewater treatment facilities. About the Role
We are looking for a Transportation Engineer IV to join us in support of our DOT/Tribal Design team.
