We are seeking an individual who can craft and sell custom marketing campaigns to both direct clients and advertising agencies. This position is also responsible for selling across our CBS Television Station Group of owned and operated markets across the US (multi-market selling). A proven track record of new business development on the linear and digital streaming side is a must for this position. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Minimum 3 to 5 years of media selling experience. Ideally with a focus on digital streaming and broadcast linear TV with sports and news sponsorship media sales experience. * Prior experience in selling streaming platforms is highly preferred. * Must have strong local direct client and agency relationships in streaming and linear broadcast. Please have specific examples of success stories. * Expertise in the categories such as automotive, healthcare, financial and retail. RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES: * Developing new business in linear/streaming platforms and non-traditional revenue sales. * Securing contract renewals with increased market share through cross-selling/up selling additional platforms and solutions. * Develop and execute strategies for selling premium high-profile properties such as NFL, Big Ten College Football, PGA Golf, WNBA, NCAA Men's and Women's College Basketball, UFC, UEFA Soccer, NWSL Women's Professional Soccer. * Experience selling high profile network prime specials such as The Grammy Awards, VH1/MTV Video Music Awards, People's Choice Awards, Tony Awards, CMT Awards, Daytime Emmys, and the Kennedy Center Honors. * Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals. * Create, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with clients. * Increase shares of existing agency business by leveraging Paramount's multi-platform assets. * Explore innovative and non-traditional avenues to generate revenue. * Identify and cultivate new business accounts. New Business is expected at a high level. * Create customized, client-focused solutions that demonstrate the value of Paramount. * Promote and sell Paramount's streaming TV solutions and understand how they complement broadcast TV. Digital streaming proven and successful track record is preferred. * Help foster a positive, collaborate work environment with internal team members, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimal performance. * Handle all paperwork in a timely manner. * Other duties as assigned.
