Basic Qualifications: * 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Creative Operations, Production Management, or a related function within entertainment, broadcast, or creative agency environments. * Experience developing, monitoring, and reconciling project budgets to support operational and creative decision‑making. Additional Qualifications: * Head of Production or Senior Project management experience at an entertainment company or advertising/promotion agency is preferred. * Experience supporting multi-brand or matrixed organizations. * Familiarity with broadcast cycles, content pipelines, and 360 campaign launches. * Strong experience with workflow systems, operational tools, or marketing project management platforms. * Strong analytical skills; ability to synthesize insights into operational recommendations. * Exceptional communication and influencing skills. * Comfort with ambiguity and ability to bring order to complex systems. * Experience implementing AI tools or workflow automation is a plus.
