Summary:
The Client Support Manager, Home Improvement works with our clients to ensure we're delivering the best customer experience possible. The CSM will leverage "Big Data" to identify areas of improvement with their Home Improvement clients and collectively work together on improving the customer experience. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
* Provide our customers with world-class customer service

Senior Litigation Case Manager - Morgage Servicing
Position Summary:
The Senior Litigation Case Manager will work hands-on with the VP, Senior Managing Litigation Counsel, Legal Department staff, outside litigation counsel, internal loan servicing departments and Selene's investors to effectively and efficiently manage and resolve mortgage litigation cases. This person must be proactive and have the ability to work independently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the management of all assigned litigation cases.
Emphasis on proactive monitoring, risk identification and escalation.
Work independently with outside counsel to develop and implement litigation strategies.
Prepare written summary of case and discuss with counsel and outside investors.
Update and maintain the Thompson Reuters Legal Tracker litigation database and report on the status of the litigation, strategy and upcoming critical events and dates to management and investors.
Track and follow-up on hearings, depositions, motions, pleadings, etc.
Assess new litigation matters and determine risk and resolution strategies, including settlement options.
Anticipate and plan for all phases of litigation.
Manage all aspects of the discovery process, including assisting with drafting and responding to discovery requests, preparing witnesses for depositions and coordinating the production of documents.
Manage the relationship with outside counsel, including procuring regular updates and ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
Review and approve outside counsel budgets and invoices.
Notify VP of high-risk matters upon intake (class actions, Selene named, etc.)
Assist with miscellaneous legal tasks such as subpoenas, assisting law enforcement, and responding to regulatory requests.
Assist on special projects assigned by management and assume responsibility for successfully achieving objectives.
Assist VP in training new and existing litigation staff.
Ability to generate reports and knowledge of Microsoft Excel useful.
Provide additional coverage of litigation matters and special tasks when individual team members are out of the office.

The Senior Investor Reporting Analyst Ensures that activities, balances, payments and reporting are carried out in a controlled, timely and accurate manner while working with all Investor portfolios, including private and government sponsored enterprises.

The Manager, Operations & Maintenance will develop and lead revenue generating O&M initiatives related to the completion of customer solar projects. In this role, the Manager will collaborate with Third Party Owners, Field Service Providers, and internal teams to ensure solar projects are completed and commissioned as efficiently as possible.
