Sales training is among the best in the industry. Reimbursement for their product line is unmatched in the industry. The quicker you become proficient the more you become valued for your effort.
Although ParaPRO has a best in class market leading product, the organzation is smaller then most pharmaceutical compaines which can be seen by some as limiting.
Learning from the best! Guidance provided is “spot on” and improves sales penetration more rapidly than other companies I’ve worked for in the past. The company leadership has industry experience that is both exceptional and applicable. In my experience, you would never have access to this type of individual leadership in a larger company.
Sales and Marketing leadership is made up of industry veterans that bring "best in class" programs and relationships that are not usually accessible in this size of organization.
Although they have a self-directed employee development program which includes recognition of achievement which includes trips, having an annual sales achievement club would make this the prefect culture to grow with in my opinion.
Researched the company, the product, the market, and the management.
Ahead of my peer group. They offer an self-directed development program which allows me to increase my pay in as little as 6 months outside of my bonus compensation package.
Well rounded
The product line offers a cure which patients are desperate for when seeing their doctor.
