What You'll Do
Under the general direction of the Associate Director of Discovery Learning Center, the Preschool Teacher is responsible for a nurturing and guiding preschoolers aged 2 months to 5 years old. Dive into a dynamic role centered on fostering social, cognitive, language, and physical growth through engaging activities.
The Preschool Teacher should have relevant teaching experience, patience and empathy to work with children who may have diverse needs and abilities, and skills in managing challenging behaviors and implementing positive behavior support strategies.
Plan and implement lessons using the Creative Curriculum.
Observe and assess progress using the Teaching Strategies Gold tool.
Create an inclusive classroom that values each child's individuality.
Promote positive behavior support strategies and model respectful interactions.
Maintain compliance with Pinellas County Childcare Licensing Standards.
Communicate openly with families and collaborate with colleagues.
Provide daily care and supervision to ensure a safe, engaging environment.

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Understanding of various disabilities and their effects on learning and development (e.g., autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, sensory processing disorder).

Position Summary
As a Caregiver Relief Provider, you'll work directly in family homes, offering short-term respite care for children with special needs. This break allows parents and guardians the opportunity to recharge while knowing their child is safe, engaged, and cared for by a trusted provider. You'll also offer families helpful resources and support under the guidance of our Caregiver Relief Services team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision for children with developmental disabilities, trauma, or delays in their home environment
Support basic care needs such as feeding, toileting, hygiene, and play
Develop a flexible care schedule in collaboration with the family
Accurately document care provided during each visit
Maintain timely communication with both program leadership and caregivers
Share additional support resources as needed
Attend mandatory staff meetings
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
1+ year of experience in childcare (Preferred)
Prior experience working with individuals with special needs (Preferred)
Valid Florida Driver's License (Required)
Must pass Level II Background Screening

Position Summary
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, construction, painting, and general ground maintenance. Employees in this role are expected to perform a variety of tasks both inside and outside environments, utilizing mechanical and physical skills to maintain Parc Center for Disabilities' properties, providing a safe, clean, and aesthetically pleasing environment for employees, participants, and visitors. Maintenance Technician II should have intermediate experience and applicable knowledge in all phases of mechanical and grounds maintenance work with an understanding of principles and tools required for the job.
Working on site at Parc Center for Disabilities' campus, you'll find a dedicated team, unified in building an engaged, people-centered work environment.
Requirements
Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for scheduling and completion of all maintenance work requests, inspections, and routine preventative maintenance of all properties as assigned.
Prepare for special projects, events, volunteer projects - deliver supplies, setup/take down equipment, chairs, tables etc.
Document monthly facility safety and checklist inspections per local, city and state licensing requirements.
Responsible for alerting Facilities Manager of any possible or current safety related problems and/or damage.
Assure safety standards are followed.
Responsible for on-call emergency maintenance responses during and after regular work hours as assigned.
Make decisions relating to facility maintenance repairs as they arise
Follow established company policies outlined in the employee handbook.
Maintain a professional courteous manner with all employees, participants, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workplace.
Inventory/purchase supplies and other items required to complete work requests.
Responsible for daily logging in and out.

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Technician II is responsible for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, construction, painting, and general ground maintenance. Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for scheduling and completion of all maintenance work requests, inspections, and routine preventative maintenance of all properties as assigned.
Prepare for special projects, events, volunteer projects - deliver supplies, setup/take down equipment, chairs, tables etc.
Document monthly facility safety and checklist inspections per local, city and state licensing requirements.
Responsible for alerting Facilities Manager of any possible or current safety related problems and/or damage.
Assure safety standards are followed.

Make decisions relating to facility maintenance repairs as they arise

Job DescriptionDescription:
Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / Resident Aides to support adults with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This part-time morning role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meaningful work and want a consistent early-day schedule.
Schedule:
Sunday: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Monday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 AM

Essential Responsibilities
Provide direct care and supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals)
Support individuals in following their active treatment plans
Encourage positive engagement and independence during morning routines
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions
Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Requirements:
Provide direct care and supervision, including assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals)
Support individuals in following their active treatment plans

Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Communicate effectively with team members during shift transitions
Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred, but not required
Ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and approved behavioral intervention certifications (training provided)
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

Must successfully pass a Level II background check
