Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and direct the preparation and presentation of all foods in all venues of the Lodge
Maintain and follow all local Health Department food preparation codes and regulations
Ensure all food preparation licenses and training (as required) is maintained by all pack members
Hire, train, supervise, schedule and participate in activities of chefs, cooks, and other pack members involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with merchandising and productivity standards, cost controls and forecast needs
Listen actively and communicate clearly while interacting with guests to promote food products and directing staff activities
Analyze feedback from guests and pack members, make judgments and take action to implement suggestions for improvement
Maintain working rapport with all hotel staff for efficient operation and service to guests
Monitor staff performance, product quality and production flow; foster improvement where necessary
Create and implement new menus and individual menu items for all outlets based on current food trends, regional demographics and in accordance with revenue and profitability goals
Develop innovative menu selections for special banquet themes and parties in accordance with client budgetary considerations and expectations
Confer with Director of Food and Beverage regarding new selections and changes
Audit food storeroom items and storage to maintain consistent quality products using FIFO (first in, first out) and ensure adherence to all health code requirements
Maintain controls and tracking of high value items (proteins such as steaks, bacon and sausage, etc.)
Development, implementation, and monitoring of programs that assures a safe facility and work environment that is in compliance with all appropriate regulations-Food Safety, Ergonomics, Emergency Response, Injury and Illness Prevention, and Hazard Communications Programs
Assist the Food & Beverage Director in estimating annual food budget and controllable expenditures
Basic Qualifications & Skills

5+ years experience in restaurant kitchen(s)
1+ years experience in restaurant supervisory/leadership role responsible for financials, menu development, and personnel related matters

Our Client, a specialty contractor in barriers and markings is seeking to add a Superintendent team in Rio, WI covering the Western portion of WI (Janesville - Dubuque - Lacrosse). This role will work an aggressive schedule putting in 10-12 hour days in the “ON” season - April-October - traveling to sites across SE WI, and work a limited schedule < 8 hours days in the “OFF” season - November-March. As a part of the Flame team, you will be required to work with heavy equipment, machinery, and parts while meeting high quality standards and production rates. Working in Flame can be gritty and dusty, however we pride ourselves on strict 5S procedures to maintain a clean working environment and 100% safety at all times to ensure an incident free production rate.
You can expect to:
Assist in the operation of thermal spray systems and other components to process customer product (generally parts for the agricultural industry) in a safe and efficient manner
Produce high quality products without rework, meeting production and customer schedules
Work in cell team environment with two booths among a team of 2-4 colleagues
Conduct all operations required for completion of the jobs (Grit Blast, masking, etc.) and suggest improvements to run the booths more efficiently
Team member will rotate with the other team members; rotations include spraying parts, pre-grit blasting, post-blasting over spray and smoke, cutting and polishing, and using a computer program to measure roughness of the parts to ensure quality standards are met
Team member must be able to work in a warm and dusty area to set up production, spray parts on either booth (parts can be 20-50 pounds), hang parts on racks, etc.
Must be able to work on your feet for 10 hours, lift at least 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, and wear a respirator while performing various procedures
Able to do math, read parameter sheets, perform basic computer skills to use 3D programming, and solve and troubleshoot problems quickly to keep production moving forward to make rates
Use 3D profiler room, programming to check for quality, laser measures the quality of the parts
Execute tasks and responsibilities as required by the Quality System and ISO 9000 requirements
Maintain accurate, legible, and complete Quality and Process documentation

Qualifications
Experience operating heavy machinery.
Able to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an asset.
Good spoken and written English is required.
Good computer skills and able to learn new programs quickly.
A track-record of working safely, and helping others work safely, too.
You must be able to relate well with customers and team members.
You like to work in a team, helping out wherever needed; but you can also self-start and work on your own.
Organized, and can handle lots of multiple tasks at once.
A high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
These requirements/functions may change over the course of employment.
Broad knowledge and skills in the principles and methods of Volleyball as either a coach, player or referee.
Model exceptional sportsmanship.
Assure that rules of the game are being followed by all participants.
Provide a safe, fair, and fun atmosphere for all of our league players.
Assess penalties when necessary.
Handles complaints and uses judgment as to which issues get referred to management.
Other duties as assigned by management.

Very knowledgeable of Volleyball rules and regulations.
Must be confident and firm in making calls and have the ability to keep the games on schedule.
Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
Must be able to work varied hours, to include weekends and evenings.
Be Friendly, polite, and professional.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must feel confident speaking in front of groups of people.
