The National Purchasing Account Manager plays a pivotal role in executing Paris Baguette's seasonal product launches, innovative limited-time offers (LTOs), and ongoing procurement initiatives. This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution-bridging procurement, R&D, brand, finance, food safety, and operations to ensure every product is sourced, produced, and delivered on time and to standard.

KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Distribution & Communication Coordination
Serve as the liaison between suppliers and distribution partners (Sysco OPCOs, Imperial Dade, frozen 3PLs), ensuring visibility and clarity at every stage.
Issue weekly updates on availability, substitutions, inbound timelines, and new product transitions to internal teams and distribution partners.
Collaborate with logistics to troubleshoot delays, reroute supply, or escalate disruptions impacting café supply.
Manage all supplier order guides to ensure standardization and compliance across North America.
Vendor & Category Management
Manage national supplier relationships across assigned categories-overseeing pricing compliance, lead time performance, and quality alignment.
Partner with Quality Assurance and Food Safety to ensure supplier certifications, specs, and compliance documentation are up to date.
Support contract maintenance, pricing updates, and cost tracking for ingredient and packaging items.
Seasonal Launch & LTO Procurement
Within assigned categories, lead all procurement activities tied to seasonal product rollouts and LTOs, ensuring supplier readiness and supply continuity across all outlets.
Manage critical paths and timelines in partnership with R&D, Culinary, Brand Marketing, and Operations teams.
Track new item setup, sourcing status, and supply chain activation from vendor onboarding through first café delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Brand, Finance, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure procurement strategies align with marketing calendars and sales forecasts.
Participate in commercialization meetings to advise on sourcing feasibility, timelines, and cost implications.
Maintain accurate documentation for item set-up, supplier profiles, and promotional readiness.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE
Minimum of 5-7 years of purchasing or procurement experience in foodservice, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit environments.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of distributor networks (Sysco, Imperial Dade, 3PL frozen warehouses, broadline) and food category sourcing.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional roles requiring alignment between supply chain, culinary, marketing, and operations.
Proficiency in Excel, ERP platforms (SAP a plus), and procurement software tools.

We are seeking a Real Estate Manager who will serve as the Paris Baguette Real Estate expert. This individual will coordinate and manage all phases and functions of Real Estate; new café site acquisition, including real estate administration. This individual will coordinate and manage all phases and functions of Real Estate; market-specific growth strategies, new café site acquisition, including real estate administration. The Director of Real Estate will act as the spokesperson for the company in communications with brokers and landlords and perform and execute all assigned projects and tasks.
KNOWLEDGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Tracks and reports on market progress from initial strategy through full development.
Develops market penetration strategy in new and existing markets, consistent with company's expansion strategy, utilizing geo-demographic platforms and other forecasting tools.
Collaborates with broker network to present new café site recommendation packages for approval.
Negotiates lease and purchases contracts for the acquisition of approved sites for corporate sites in partnership with Legal Team.
Maintains schedule and project management for critical deadlines within the development period for contracts in partnership with stakeholders and involved parties.
Determines site feasibility and develops pro-forma budget in collaboration with Accounting Team to ensure contract-related monetary obligations are met.
Coordinates, manages and communicates new café development schedule and critical dates.
Prepares agenda and reports on real estate issues for weekly meetings and manages administrative duties, which include coordination between departments.
Maintains documentation, legal instruments, and payment of bills.
Implements a Real Estate market plan to ensure continued aggressive Real Estate growth program.
Prepares the proposed location summary to the Real Estate Committee for review and approval.
Prepares projections on estimated sales, operating margin, profits, return on investment and capital expenditures.
Promotes accuracy and timeliness to maintaining a portfolio of profitable properties; Maintains Option Renewal Book.
Investigates city and state licensing requirements to ensure the company's compliance in the licensing process. Makes proper and timely applications for various permits and licenses.
Maintains a constant check on café licenses and makes necessary changes based on town or state ruling.
Coordinates all real estate legal documentation with legal counsel to ensure accuracy.
Negotiates lease terms and extensions and coordinates with Operations, Finance and Legal on final draft of lease agreements.
Coordinates terms, conditions and timing to assure targeted opening of a café, transfer of a Café to Franchise, or closing of an existing café.
Represents the Real Estate Department when required at all hearings regarding licenses and permits.
Handles the sale/lease of any Company property, including screening of tenants, negotiating lease and obtaining approvals necessary from landlords.
Provides needed information/documentation to Attorneys, Engineers, and Brokers in matters concerning licensing or leasing.

Determine if there is adequate staffing of the Back of House teams to ensure there is a fully staffed and trained team during the opening, or if there are gaps that need to be addressed.
Partner with General Manager and District Manager if there are Back of House staffing or skills issues during opening.
Works with General Manager on the scheduling of Back of House teams to ensure there is adequate coverage based on the needs of the business.
Responsible for teaching the inventory management process for the café and how to manage to Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) goals.
Responsible for teaching General Manager the end of Month Back of House inventory, per company guidelines.
Responsible for teaching Back of House teams the process of ordering and receiving of shipments.
Responsible for ensuring the entire café team is consistently adhering to sanitation and food safety standards
Provide coaching, feedback and recognition to ensure the Back of House teams are maintaining and executing to the highest standards of product quality and adherence to Paris Baguette's mission, vision and brand values.
Work closely with Training and Development and District Production teams to support the learning and development of all Back of House teams after the opening.
