The General Machine Operator must be willing and capable of learning all aspects of spiral weld pipe manufacturing. Performs preventive maintenance and minor repairs to machinery and equipment. Refers electrical and hydraulic problems to maintenance department for resolution.
Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of the product.
Adheres to all safety rules and brings safety issues to the attention of department leadership or safety manager.
Follows all work procedures, policies, and protocols.
