General Responsibilities: Prepare various foods depending on menu, recipe & diet breakdowns for each meal in a WORLD CLASS way and on budget. Works with residents in the house assigned to provide for their food choices for the day. Appropriately operates kitchen equipment in preparation of the meal. Cleans work surfaces during shift (clean as you go): cleans floors, wipes down counter space (as spills occur), & completes the daily cleaning schedule prior to shift end. We have Full time and Part-Time shifts available. Day shift 7am-3pm -part time Evening Shift 3pm - 11pm - full time and part time Night Shift 11pm-7am -full time and part time LPN with trach and vent exp - 12 hour day shift and 12 hour night shift The LPN is responsible for the following: Monitoring residents, their responses to treatment care plans. Supervising and directing. Document necessary information regarding nursing care, care plans and observation of residents overall conditions. Perform various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents. Analyzes information for appropriate interventions to prevent decline. Record signs of change in condition. Notify appropriate staff per facility protocol to evaluate weight loss, decline in ambulation, development of skin breakdown, etc. Administers medications and treatments to residents; monitor administration of intravenous fluids; places orders for medication. Maintain resident clinical files; keep charts updated; document appropriately. Make rounds to see each resident daily.
