Food & Beverage Management: Work closely with the chef to ensure consistent high-quality food preparation, presentation, and service. Collaborate with the bar manager to establish weekly liquor needs and maintain beverage standards. Ensure compliance with Park operational standards and all applicable laws regarding food handling and alcohol service. Must have or obtain ServeSafe certification and ABC Manager's license. Business Growth & Development: Act as an ambassador for The Park, fostering relationships with customers and building our community presence. Facilitate ongoing communication with the owner and contribute to the development of growth strategies. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management. Proven experience in staff development, training, and performance management. Strong operational skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
