Requirements Skills and Qualifications: - Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution and valid KY Pharmacist license. - 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmacy management including staff (Pharmacists, and Pharmacy Techs). - Proven experience managing pharmacy operations including serving as a PIC for a minimum of 5 years, preferably within a community health or FQHC setting. - Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy laws, regulations, and accreditation standards. -Knowledge of 340B drug pricing program. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel to and manage all sites effectively. - Proficiency in pharmacy management software and electronic health records. - Commitment to community health and patient-centered care.
