What You'll Do: Monitor and control access to the automotive facility, verifying credentials and granting entry only to authorized individuals. Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and vendors with security-related inquiries and site-specific procedures. Carry out security-related procedures in accordance with site policies and protocols. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response guidelines. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity. Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences as required by site protocols. Collaborate with client representatives and Allied Universal management to address security-related concerns specific to the automotive location. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
