Summary/Objective
Position is responsible for assisting facilities staff in maintaining the lawn surrounding the applicable facility.
Essential Functions
* Assumes responsibility for lawn maintenance to include but not limited to, trimming of hedges, flower beds, mulching, leaf raking and disposal.

Summary/Objective
This position will drive value across PLC by helping lead and manage PLC's safety and risk programs in both the U.S. and Canada. The Assistant Risk Manager supports the growth of the organization by collaborating with business partners to provide safety and risk support, including training as well as offering more efficient solutions and tools to minimize risk. The Assistant Risk Manager also assists in identifying, evaluating and managing events which arise out of PLC's business assets, operations and products/services provided that could (a) damage or destroy PLC property; (b) interrupt PLC's business; (c) cause injury to the general public or employees of PLC; and/or (d) subject PLC and its employees to legal liability. This is an in-the-office position.
Essential Functions
* Helps administer corporate risk management procedures, policies, records, practices and controls for PLC and its internal clients.
* Reviews PLC safety programs to ensure OSHA and related compliance along with best practices.
* In partnership with brokers, provides analysis regarding PLC's risk management and insurance needs, which includes, but is not limited to, general and professional liability, property, directors & officers liability, employment practices liability, worker's compensation and automobile liability.
* Gathers data and assist with completion of new/renewal applications within required timeframes.
* Calculates premium allocations, premium estimates, and conduct policy audits.
* Ensures necessary insurance documents are received and available such as binders, certificates of insurance, policies, etc.
* Serves as a liaison between insurance companies and PLC individuals during the investigation of certain incidents that may result in loss.
* Ensures proper reporting of claims.
* Coordinates worker's compensation claims, including collaborating with Human Resources on leave requirements, maintaining an active back to work program, and minimizing return to work delays.
* Implements/reviews loss control measures to reduce claims frequency and claim costs.
* Utilizes information systems and processes to provide meaningful claims metrics to business partners to assist in the improvement of accident/incident rates.
* Coordinates and participates in quarterly claims reviews with key stakeholders.
* Manages certificate of insurance process for all third-party vendors of Company.
* Manages US vehicle fleet program and related insurance.
* When requested, advises on insurance-related contract terms and conditions, including due diligence review of potential acquisitions and dispositions and other transactions or scenarios which give rise to risk.
* Prepares documents and review training materials to foster a culture of workplace safety.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
* Minimum of five to ten years of experience in a similar role for a national or international company.
* Functional knowledge of insurance program structures.

* OSHA 30 certification or ability to acquire within six months of date of hire.

Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for assisting the Treasury Manager with the day-to-day activities of the treasury department. They will be expected to have experience with accounting and solid experience in treasury services.
Essential Functions
* Monitors and analyzes daily cash activity in 50+ accounts across 10+ banks.
* Confirms authenticity of Wire and ACH requests and set up payments in the appropriate bank for the subsequent approval by the Treasury Manager.
* Verbally confirms new wiring instructions and maintain the wire/ACH templates of existing wiring instructions. Maintain backup support for all electronic payments.
* Monitors emails daily for positive pay, ACH positive pay exception notifications. Research the exception cause, and either approve or reject the payment.
* Processes Stop Payment requests from the AP team.
* Pulls and uploads ACH files to the bank for customer drafts (from the FaCTS system).
* Pulls all month end bank statements across the company and file in a central folder for the use of the accountants.
* Monitors bank fees monthly and note any significant differences month to month. Work with bank on any fees deemed erroneous and negotiate with bank on rates.
* Works with accountants on bank transaction questions. Research unknown debits and credits, supply backup, provide suggestions for corrections, etc.
* Helps Treasury Manager maintain relationships with the banks, specifically the bank treasury departments.
* Recommends and implements solutions to strengthen operational controls and incorporate best practices.
* Assists Treasury Manager in developing treasury reporting dashboards appropriate for various stakeholders and track KPI.
* Works closely with the Treasury Manager to effectively manage and safeguard cash while constantly improving the treasury processes.
* Works with the accounting departments throughout the company on bank management, cash movements and cash reporting.

Summary/Objective
The Ambassador performs a variety of tasks during the funeral and memorialization process and assists Funeral Directors and other location staff to ensure services run smoothly and that the expectations of our client families and their guests are exceeded.
Essential Functions
* Greets and directs client families and their guests to the correct chapel in which services are being held.
* Directs visitors to guest book and distributes memorialization materials as needed.
* Answers questions and assists with serving the needs of the client families, their guests, and other visitors during the visitation and memorialization event.
* Receives and places flowers in chapels.
* Ensures refreshments are available to client families and their guests.
* Ensures that public spaces such as lobby, chapels, restrooms and reception/rest areas are clean and prepared prior to, and at the conclusion of, scheduled services.
* Oversees parking area and ensures family and ceremonial vehicles are arranged for formal procession.
* Assists with directing and/or transporting families and service attendees to and from service locations outside of the funeral home.

Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for the care, maintenance, safety and security of the employees and visitors while ensuring staff is maintaining the overall upkeep and appearance of the property.

* Maintains a safe working environment by training the grounds crew the proper use of all equipment used and compliance with the appropriate regulations i.e. OSHA and EPA.

* Accountable for overall care of the cemetery to include installing headstones, memorials or vaults and all aspects of grounds keeping i.e. chemicals. mulching, pruning.
